– A bad user experience on the checkout flow which meant more abandoned baskets
– An old school checkout that didn’t worked well on mobile

– Researching other big companies like “Amazon, Asos, …” to see how their checkout flows work
– Evaluate on the areas that has to be updated (The mini basket, the basket and the checkoutflow, payment)
– Design principles (UX -> Fitts Law, Hicks Law, Proximity, Tesler’s Law)
– High Fidelty prototype (Design first, code second)
